2. Services Provided

Momentum WA Football Academy provides football training and development programs for children. Services may include group training, competitions, and special events. We reserve the right to change, cancel, or reschedule sessions as necessary.


3. Enrolment & Fees

  • Enrolment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Payment of fees is required in full prior to participation.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless a program is cancelled by us.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of participation.


4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

  • Ensure that your child attends sessions on time and with the proper equipment.

  • Notify us of any medical conditions or allergies.

  • Provide accurate contact and emergency information.


5. Code of Conduct

All players, parents, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, referees, other players, and fellow parents. Disruptive or abusive behavior may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone sessions due to weather, field availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.

  • If a child is unable to attend due to illness or injury, please contact us to discuss options.


7. Media Release

By enrolling in our programs, you grant Momentum WA Football Academy permission to take and use photos or videos of your child for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.


8. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care, Momentum WA Football Academy is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during sessions or events. Participation is at your own risk.


9. Privacy

All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy (linked on our website). We do not sell or misuse your information.


10. Website Use
