At Momentum WA Football Academy, we strive to deliver quality football training and development for all children enrolled in our programs. To maintain fairness and consistency, the following refund and session policy applies:

1. No Refund Policy

• All payments are final.

• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including for change of mind, missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, holidays, illness, or injury.

• By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

2. Missed Sessions & Make-Up Policy

We understand that sometimes a session may be missed. To support families while managing our coaching schedules fairly:

• If you notify us at least 24 hours before a session that your child cannot attend, we will do our best to offer a make-up session, subject to availability.

• If notice is given less than 24 hours before the session, or not at all, no make-up session will be provided.

Make-up sessions:

• Are not guaranteed, but we will try to accommodate when possible.

• Must be arranged within the same term or agreed timeframe.

• Cannot be carried over to future terms or exchanged for a refund.

3. Session Cancellations by the Academy

If Momentum WA Football Academy cancels a session (e.g., due to weather or field availability), we will offer:

• A rescheduled session, or

• A credit toward a future session within the same term
