Cancellation Policy

Session Policy – Momentum WA Football Academy Make-Up Sessions / Non-Attendance A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any absence in order to qualify for a make-up session. Missed sessions without sufficient notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Late Arrivals Sessions will start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not result in extended sessions or partial refunds. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions may be rescheduled based on availability within the same term or package period. Payments All sessions must be prepaid to confirm your spot. No refunds will be given for unused sessions unless due to long-term injury with medical proof. Weather Policy Sessions may continue in light rain unless safety is compromised. In the case of extreme weather, sessions will be postponed and rescheduled. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities (for minors) Parents/guardians must ensure players are dropped off and picked up on time. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to communicate any relevant medical conditions before sessions begin. Player Conduct Players must show respect, follow instructions, and maintain a positive attitude during training. Disruptive behavior may result in the session being paused or terminated without refund. Safety & Injuries While every effort is made to ensure a safe training environment, the academy is not liable for injuries sustained during training. Photos & Videos Momentum WA Football Academy may take photos and videos during sessions for training review, promotional materials, and social media. By enrolling, you consent to your child being filmed or photographed unless you notify us in writing prior to the session. We respect privacy, and no names or personal details will be published without explicit consent.
